1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'Player', 'you') and pj0k ('we', 'us', 'our', 'the Platform'). By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered through pj0k, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below.

pj0k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account with pj0k, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing any gaming content.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must register only one account in your own true name. Duplicate or shared accounts are forbidden.

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a previously suspended or closed account on pj0k.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pj0k will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to add an extra layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious activity or unrecognised transactions in your account immediately to our support team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pj0k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified payment channels. Supported methods for Bangladeshi players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and major debit/credit cards where permitted. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following general rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method. Please refer to the cashier section for current limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (source of funds rule).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pj0k offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. pj0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or collusion — may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of pj0k must adhere to fair and honest conduct at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pj0k platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pj0k or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pj0k content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of platform content is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pj0k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

pj0k makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any feature thereof at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

pj0k is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player community. We provide a range of tools designed to help you manage your gaming activity and maintain control over your spending. If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming problematic, please make use of the following tools available through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time limits — receive alerts or automatic logouts after a specified playing duration.
• Cool-off period — take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and block your access to pj0k for an indefinite period. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your account, transactions, or game results, you should first contact pj0k's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue including your account username, the date and time of the event, and any relevant transaction IDs. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

pj0k's decision on any dispute regarding the outcome of a game round — where our RNG-certified game logs are the definitive record — shall be final and binding. We are not obligated to alter the outcome of any completed game event regardless of technical issues experienced on the player's own device or network connection.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

pj0k collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and pj0k's servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties except as required to process transactions, fulfil legal obligations, or comply with law enforcement requests.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which pj0k operates. Any matter not resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
